New Hotel Indigo in Madrid
Hotel Indigo will open its very first hotel in Continental Europe in the lovely city of Madrid.
This comes after InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) had signed a recent franchise agreement. By spring 2010, the Hotel Indigo Madrid is set to open with 89 bedrooms.
It will be located close to the Madrid Opera House, the major museums and the Almudena Cathedral as it will be built in the city centre. Leisure and business guests will be enthralled by the new hotel's location because it will be near many of Madrid's attractions, conference centres and train stations.
The Hotel Indigo brand includes 34 hotels that are currently open in the United Kingdom, and an added 52 are planned to be established worldwide. Hotel Indigo had decided upon Madrid as its first place of operations in Continental Europe because it is an exciting and vibrant city.
